Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born September 3, 1976 in the United States is an actress. She is known for her parts in soap operas, including Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and also as Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. On the HBO drama True Blood, she played as Daphne. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. Her first job was in teaching Reading in Kindergarten and the 1st Grade at Maury County. Brent Jones was her UT Martin lover. They then moved to Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary is where she began teaching fourth grade. The years 1999 and 2000 saw her taught while getting her Masters of Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped out of the classroom after the family welcomed their son Baylor into the family in 2000. Ashley has committed the last 15 years to fostering the development of kids within the local church as well as in the wider community. Ashley was a teacher and leader at Thompson Station's Preschool and Students Ministry for 13 years. Ashley's kids were educated at home during the three years she was at the home. Ashley was also teaching History in the homeschool in their time of school at home. While she enjoyed homeschooling and spending time with her children, God clearly showed their family members that it was the right time to return full-time school. Brent and Ashley are parents to five children. Silas, Eliza and Cruz all attended GCA. Baylor is a GCA graduate and plays baseball alongside UT Martin. Callan is a GCA graduate and is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. The family is extremely active and enjoys fishing, hunting, and cheering one another in sport.
